Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) before the cancellation period has expired.

2. How to Return

1. Email returns@powerherbdyn.world within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return.
2. We will reply within 1 business day with return address details and instructions.
3. Package the product securely in its original or suitable packaging and send it to the address we provide.
4. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us safely.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

3. Refund Details

We will reimburse the full product price (£34.90 including VAT) using the same payment method used for the original transaction (or by bank transfer if payment was made on delivery). We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Return postage costs: return postage is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In those cases, we will arrange return collection at our cost.

Condition of returned goods: returned items should be in a reasonably unused condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product - this does not affect your statutory right to inspect and try the product.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@powerherbdyn.world with a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Exclusions

The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to:

• Goods that have been clearly opened and used beyond a reasonable inspection, where their return would be contrary to health or hygiene regulations - this is assessed on a case-by-case basis and does not remove your rights if the product is faulty.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by any provision of this policy.
